LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is currently seeking a confident and independent professional for the District Director position in Jacksonville, FL. This position is responsible for supervising all issues related to the operation of regions and mobile collection units within the district. The selected candidate will be expected to develop and implement new and innovative ideas for increasing donor acquisition and retention as well as increasing the district team cohesiveness. Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Previous management experience required. Valid driver's license required. Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver's eligibility requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Business Administration degree, five or more years of management experience and blood banking or FDA regulatory experience.
