Located right outside the heart of Washington, DC, the Annual Meeting will bring together blood center executives and national leaders to discuss advocacy and regulatory updates, the latest in science, medicine, and technical affairs, and hot topics facing the industry.

Revamped for the Changing Landscape!
The Annual Meeting is the cornerstone of connection and collaboration for the blood community, and we invite you and your team members to join us for a revamped, energetic meeting featuring expanded content offerings and a new format. With a focus on advocacy, leadership, operations, and science and medicine, the program will feature a mix of general and breakout sessions, external speakers and blood center-led case studies, committee and council meetings, networking events, and more.
Travel Information
Located close to downtown Washington, DC and steps away from the Pentagon 9/11 memorial, you are close to many attractions our Nation’s Capitol has to offer.
Airport: The closest airport is Reagan National (DCA). The hotel has a metro stop (Pentagon City) nearby or you can take a taxi to the hotel.
Hotel: ABC has secured a discounted rate of $274 for attendees. The deadline to book is Feb. 16, 2024. We sell out each year so please book early.

Registration Information
We have expanded the program to the meet the needs of the industry. We encourage you to gather key staff members to join you at the 2024 Annual Meeting. Topics will cover areas most important to your medical, operations, and donor-facing teams.
ABC Members: $875
Non-Members: $1,050
Emeritus Member: $190
Industry (non-sponsors or blood center professionals): $3,500
Speakers: If you are a speaker for the meeting, please use your speaker discount code when registering. If you have not received it, please reach out to us and we will send you the code.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:Â All requests are to be submitted to ABC Member Services. No refunds will be provided 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
Substitution Policy: Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the Meeting start date and, in certain cases, on-site. Please contact ABC Member Services to complete a substitution.
If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution.
