The Associate Director of Member Programs will play a crucial role in the development and oversight of member programs for America’s Blood Centers (ABC) and our international division, ADRP: The Association for Blood Donor Professionals. This key position will provide strategic guidance on emerging trends in association management and the blood community and shape strategies that drive value and promote growth. Working closely with the leadership team, the Associate Director will be at the forefront of decision-making processes to ensure that member programs align with the organizational objectives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders from both ABC and ADRP to create engaging and impactful member programs that meet the evolving needs of the blood community. The successful candidate will foster innovation and excellence in program development and execution. This position is remote. ABC offers a salary commensurate with experience as well as an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, LTD, and 401k contribution. We are a virtual office that promotes a flexible work environment. This is a full-time staff position including benefits and a stipend for internet and telephone services.
