Operations Coordinator of Mobile Staging

Carter BloodCare is hiring an Operations Coordinator of Mobile Staging to our team in Bedford, Texas. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Bedford/Waco Mobile Staging and Centralized Scheduling. This includes development and implementation of all operational activities with emphasis on continuous process and improvement. Responsible for overseeing the preparation of payroll, supplies, equipment, vans, coaches, and finalization of mobile drive schedules needed for daily mobile operations. Responsible for overall management of mobile staging and scheduling technicians.
