Regional Director

OneBlood is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee donor blood collection operations and lead regional teams in support of its lifesaving mission in the Panhandle. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and achieving donor recruitment and collection goals across the region. Candidates should possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, and team management skills, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships and improve operational performance. A bachelor’s degree and significant management experience in healthcare, blood banking, or a related field are preferred. Travel within the region may be required.
