This full-day workshop, led by executive coach Nicole Provonchee, is built for women professionals and leaders across the blood banking industry who are ready to take a honest look at how they show up — and ensure the story is working for you!

Nicole isn't just a leadership speaker. She's lived it - for over 20 years - as a VP, an executive, a strategist, and now a sought-after executive coach for women leaders across the country.
Nicole Provonchee works with senior women leaders at Fortune 50 corporations, fast-growing startups, and major nonprofits to help them break through barriers, amplify their strengths, and lead at the highest level.
Nicole is passionate about the healthcare industry, with over 20 years of experience across multiple healthcare focused companies. She most recently served as a Vice President at Ascension Care Management, the population health management division of the nation's largest nonprofit health system. Other healthcare clients include HCA, Parallon, LifePoint, AmSurg, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield and more.
She holds an MBA in strategy and an executive coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching. In 2026, she was named a Woman of Influence by the Nashville Business Journal and received the International Coaching Federation's Community Impact award for Tennessee.

Located on the San Antonio Riverwalk and less than a 5-minute walk from the city center, the Westin Riverwalk Hotel is perfectly placed on the famous San Antonio Riverwalk and offers an urban retreat with extraordinary experiences right in the heart of downtown.
The hotel block will open in Summer 2026.
This workshop is an event hosted by America’s Blood Centers’ (ABC) Women’s Executive Leadership Community (WELC).
WELC empowers leaders throughout the blood community through networking and professional development. By leveraging a diverse set of opinions and experiences, WELC drives action towards a supportive and inclusive blood community, benefiting individuals, employers, and ultimately the patients that rely on a safe and available blood supply.

Cancellation Policy
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Workshop, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to memberservices@americasblood.org. Our cancellation policy is outlined below.
Registrations will be refunded if you notify ABC of your cancellation in writing on or before midnight EDT, October 21, 2026.
There will be no refunds given for any cancellations received after the cutoff date. This can include but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference because of illness, alteration or rescheduling of the Workshop by ABC, or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disasters or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.
Conference refunds approved by ABC will be issued within five to seven business days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment form.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT CANCELLING YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR HOTEL AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. ATTENDEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLING THEIR OWN HOTEL AND TRAVEL RESERVATIONS.
