Lifeline Blood Services is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership for Administrative Services, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Purchasing, and Fleet & Facilities. Working closely with the CEO, this executive leadership role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of operations management experience
  • Strong leadership, financial, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting, contracts, vendor management, and regulatory compliance preferred

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., on-call as needed, with up to 25% travel.
