Our Blood Institute is looking for a Community Operations Executive Director. This position will lead local efforts to recruit blood donors, engage community sponsors and volunteers, and oversee the efficient collection, storage, and delivery of blood products. This highly visible leadership position combines community engagement with operational leadership in a dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
This is more than a management position-it’s a leadership opportunity to shape community engagement, drive strategic growth, and influence the future of blood services in the Tulsa region. We’re seeking an experienced, relationship-focused leader to oversee our Tulsa operations and help advance our mission through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, exceptional team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
SALARY RANGE: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Plan, 401(k) retirement plan, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Tuition Reimbursement along with tenure bonuses ($500 bonus after 6 months, $1,000 bonus after 1 year, and $1,500 bonus after 3 years).
