In this impactful role, you’ll lead the daily operations of the Immunohematology Reference Lab, ensuring the delivery of safe, accurate, and timely laboratory services while overseeing quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biology, or a related scientific/healthcare field.
- 6 to 10 years of progressive laboratory experience, preferably in blood banking, transfusion services, reference laboratories, or similar regulated environments.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing laboratory operations and personnel.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards.
- Current certification as a Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) or international equivalent.
