Our Blood Institute is looking for a Donor Services Collections Operations Manager. This position will play a vital role in ensuring successful blood collection operations throughout our mobile blood drive program. In this leadership position, you’ll guide and support supervisors and donor services staff while helping us achieve our collection, quality, financial, compliance, and customer service goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys working with people, using data to drive improvement, and creating efficient, high-performing teams-all while contributing to a mission that saves lives.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience; blood banking experience preferred.
SALARY RANGE: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Plan, 401(k) retirement plan, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Tuition Reimbursement along with tenure bonuses ($500 bonus after 6 months, $1,000 bonus after 1 year, and $1,500 bonus after 3 years).
