Finance Manager

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Business Office operations at our headquarters in Gainesville, Florida.

This is an opportunity to put your financial expertise and leadership skills to work for a nonprofit organization with a lifesaving mission. 

Position Highlights:

• Lead and develop a team supporting essential financial and accounting operations.
• Oversee functions including payroll, accounts payable, revenue cycle, fixed assets, and expense reporting.
• Promote accuracy, accountability, operational efficiency, and exceptional service across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen financial operations. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Progressive accounting or finance experience with demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and business operations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered).

💰 Starting Salary: Negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications.
