Lead a mission‑driven team where your decisions directly support patients, donors, and clinical partners across the region. In this role, you’ll oversee blood manufacturing, product management, distribution, and advanced immunohematology reference laboratory testing—critical operations that ensure safe, reliable blood products for more than 175 hospitals across Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Illinois.
You’ll guide daily operations, uphold rigorous regulatory and quality standards, manage financial performance, and develop leaders at every level. This position directs staffing, equipment allocation, laboratory procedures, and productivity outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise testing personnel, validate results, support policy development, and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality programs, and federal regulations.
