Laboratory Supervisor (Evenings)

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor with a passion for making a difference to lead our evening shift Immunohematology Reference Laboratory team, in Gainesville, FL. Shift differential applies to eligible evening and overnight hours; sign-on and relocation bonuses may also be offered to qualified candidates.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and support staff in resolving complex testing and compatibility challenges. You’ll play a critical part in identifying and addressing issues that may impact test performance or result reporting, while mentoring and guiding team members to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
