OneBlood is seeking a Process Optimization Program Manager to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve donor experience, and strengthen blood supply operations. In this highly visible role, you will partner with teams across Collections, Recruitment, Manufacturing, and Quality to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and drive measurable operational improvements.
The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and change management. You will lead cross-functional projects focused on reducing product waste, minimizing donor deferrals, improving collection accuracy, and aligning blood collections with organizational demand.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in business operations, industrial engineering, or process improvement, with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
