Responsibilities include overseeing seroconversion lookback investigations, liaising with hospital labs, mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with FDA and regulatory guidelines, administering patient antibody letters, managing lab records, and assisting with inspections. A bachelor’s degree and MT(ASCP) certification are required; MT(ASCP)BB or SBB preferred. This role requires flexibility, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
