AABB (formerly known as the American Association of Blood Banks), America’s Blood Centers and the American Red Cross encourage you to pass the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness & Advancing Innovation Act (PAHPAI, S. 2852 and H.R. 6378) before Congress adjourns for 2018. Collectively, our organizations represent the nation’s blood collection establishments, transfusion services, and transfusion medicine professionals.
