Full conference registration includes all sessions March 7-9. You do not need to register for the Wednesday Workshop separately, it is included in your fee. When you do register, you will be asked if you plan on attending so we can have a more accurate headcount for that day.
If you are a speaker for the meeting, please use your speaker discount code when registering. If you have not received it, please reach out to us and we will send you the code.
Please note: This registration does not include the Virtual Advocacy Day on March 16. Details are forthcoming on the registration process for that event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All requests are to be submitted to memberservices@americasblood. No refunds will be provided 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the Meeting start date and, in certain cases, on-site. Please contact memberservices@americasblood.org to complete a substitution.
If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution.
