This workshop is an event hosted by Americaβs Blood Centersβ (ABC) Womenβs Executive Leadership Community (WELC).
WELC empowers leaders throughout the blood community through networking and professional development. By leveraging a diverse set of opinions and experiences, WELC drives action towards a supportive and inclusive blood community, benefiting individuals, employers, and ultimately the patients that rely on a safe and available blood supply.
Membership is free to all ABC members and industry partners.

Hotel Information
Located on the San Antonio Riverwalk and less than a 5-minute walk from the city center, this hotel features an on-site Italian restaurant. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool. Zocca Restaurant and Bar serves sophisticated Italian meals throughout the day. Guests can dine indoors or on the riverfront patio. Breakfast is available on weekends only. The Alamo is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Workshop, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to memberservices@americasblood.org. Our cancellation policy is outlined below.
Registrations will be refunded if you notify ABC of your cancellation in writing on or before midnight EDT, October 23, 2025.Β
There will be no refunds given for any cancellations received after October 23, 2025. This can include but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference because of illness, alteration or rescheduling of the Workshop by ABC, or due to events beyond the partiesβ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disasters or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.
Conference refunds approved by ABC will be issued within five to seven business days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment form.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT CANCELLING YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR HOTEL AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. ATTENDEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLING THEIR OWN HOTEL AND TRAVEL RESERVATIONS.
