Regional Director – Donor Operations

OneBlood seeks an experienced leader to direct all donor blood collection operations in Jacksonville, FL, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This position oversees managers and supervisors, drives recruitment and collection goals, and works across departments to maintain a safe, sufficient blood supply. Responsibilities include improving operational processes, managing budgets and resources, and contributing to strategic planning to meet regional blood demands. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required and 10+ years of management experience in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to travel up to 50%.
