Laboratory Testing Manager

The Laboratory Testing Manager will assist in managing and maintaining the day-to-day activities of all Laboratory Testing, including staff assets. The Laboratory Testing Manager will need to use their experience and judgment to ensure all quality control mechanisms in the laboratory comply with blood bank cGMP, FDA, CLIA, California Department of Health, and AABB regulations and standards. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. The testing manager will report directly to the Director of Hospital Services and will collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure Laboratory Testing excellence in supplying and distributing safe blood products with the utmost quality and fiscal integrity.
